Default msd ignition question

I'm running a Accel breakerless igniton on my engine. I have a Cobra drive. I am interested in running a MSD box. I have heard that the MSD would affect my shift interupter switch and make it hard to shift. is there a way to wire it in and not affect the shift interupter? I am installing a supercharged 406 with hostile blower cam and am worried about idle quality around the docks. thanks for any suggetions. last go round I ran the same dist. with good results but it was a n/a engine

I have a MSD Shift interupter you can have for 20 bucks and the ride. Still in the box unopened. Thought I needed it for my Bravo and subsequently found out other wise.

You don't want the MSD. They are very unreliable and will leave you dead in the water. I've been there.

Thanks for the responce. I replaced my single point with dual point the dual point was very good accept adjusting points was a pain and the point life in marine environment was not good. was happy with the breakerless on my n/a motor. maybe I'm trying to overscience my needs? what are you other guys using on supercharged engines without breaking the bank?

I run MSD 7's with no issues for 3 years now. Just make sure you use the marine boxes, not the red car crap.
