Dash panel plastic

Anyone know where I can get the plastic used for the instument panel. I'm redoing my formula's dash and need the blank plastic that I can cut to size. I'm then going to cover it in carbon veneer.

Where do you live ? We had ours done at Norva Plastic's in Norfolk Va. No need for the veneer they have carbon fiber.
