Help wanted on Sixdrive
Hi,
We need to pull out the pin that hold the steering piston on a Sixdrive. ( the one that is secured with two nuts)
We ordered the special tool , the Puller " 91-845401 " but this tool is on BackOrder over here in Europe and in the USA . Does any one know the size of the bolt that must be screwed in the pin ?? If we know that then we can make one to help us out.
An other question , We are racing an Outerlimits SV40 here in Europe , and on our first (ex : P-1 race ) called GPS now , we broke one Sixdrive after only half a lap !!
We took off the low-end of the drive , and the gear that is screwed on the shaft that slides into the upper-end of the drive , came lose !! So the gear slided upwards over the shaft and all inner teeth of the gear and the shaft were gone....
Any one had this problem ?
We were unlucky to be in Ukraine(Russia) and we didn't bring our spare drive's......
Any one can help
