Default holley mech fuel pump

I would like to know if anyone uses this pump and if it is any better than the stock pump. http://www.jegs.com/i/Holley/510/712-454-11/10002/-1

I have a stock 330 genIv (1988) Should I get this pump or the stock replacment from quicksilver?

Can the body of the Holley be adjusted to acceept the stock fuel line placment?

Thanks

Default

That one should be fine for a 330. It does say at the bottom of the page, Base can be rotated for ease of installation. It's probably better and cheaper than the Merc one anyway.

Here is another one that I use on mine which is 120 GPH and has a rotating base. Looks a little heavier duty.
