Default Can't get engine to warm up.

I have a 330 454 in my 18 Donzi. I can not for the life of me get the engine warm. I have replaced the T-state and checked the sender and all is good. I can run WOT for a while and go back and the intake and everything but the exhaust manifolds are cold. Could it be the wrong T-stat houseing or something like that?

Up at the top of the housing, under the first piece that you take off. This unit did not have the metal sleave that you put in over the top like every other T-stat I have had on a boat.

I did install the gasket at the same place as the T-stat. I know that there are a few down lower. I just looked at a few diagrams on Bam's website none of them look like what I have. I wonder if I have the wrong t-stat housing? I just looked at every T-stat housing on Bams site and I can not find anything like what I have. I am going to take it apart again Saturday and take another look. I am starting to think I have the wrong housing on there?

The lake is not warm but not as cold as it normally is. I have always had this issue but thought it was a bad sender. This year when preping the boat I wanted to get to the bottom of it and realized it is an issue with the T-stat/housing or..... That would be fantastic if you have one around. I may also have one at the shop if I can ever get over there.
