I used to run 50 hrs between chnages. (Stock SBC, but runs pretty hard (lotta wakeboarding). But one time after 35hrs I got an oil analysis and it said the oil was pretty used up so now I try to do it every 25 or so.

On a high performance or supercharged engine, about every 25 hrs. On a stock black engine, maybe 50 hrs depending on how hard its been run.

Well, I cant give you a before and after cuz I bought the boat complete as is. Its a strong runner, the motor was fresh when the whipple went on and the only thing that has been modified is the heads have been worked with larger Enkinel valves and some stiffer springs then bench flowed. It has a few things I would like to get sorted out, it runs a tad rich and can die and semi flood when loading on the trailer or beaching. It was dynoed at 535HP and 710TQ and runs super cool, around 105 cruising and 120 on long pulls. I want to put a set of headers on to lean it a tad, whipple said it would help alot. My Crown is a sleeper for sure, no one expects a 70+ but I dont want to invest to much as I am going to buy a real boat in a year or two.
