Default exhaust condensation

Hello All,
I have a set of short stainless marine risers which go thru the transom, almost a dry system has some holes in the inside and also water dumps. The problem I'm having is the condensation is very bad inside the exhaust which is affecting my spark plugs. Is there any way to get rid of this problem . Thanks for any input. Jp
