Can Anyone Recommend A Company That Will Custom Make Me A Set Of Exhaust Tips? I Have All The Specs. Including The Transom Angle. Please Help!

What Are The Best Internal Flappers To Use. Looking For Something That Wont Burn The Rubber Out In 40 Hours And Then Sound Like Pebbles In A Hubcap.

Both Eddie Marine and Hardin Marine can and will make them. They have both built custom tips for me in the past.

You could also use transom rings and flangless tips. That way you don't have to worry about getting the angle on the flange right on.

Personally I like the way the tip 'floats' in the transom rings as opposed to the welded on flange.

Actually, I'm in the process of moving the tips from beneath the water line to above it. I got a reply from Stainless Marine yesterday and they said they'll fab em' up for 130.00 each. That's all the detail I have from them at this point. I don't know if for that price they come with flappers, etc... I would imagine that they polish them when they are done though. I'm gonna have to call these other companies that you guys have recommended.
