Use a 6AN line to connect the intake to the cooler. At idle, a small amount of hot water from the engine will run backwards thru the cooler core warming it. This will help keep the fuel from puddling. As soon as you start moving, the water pressure entering the front of the inter cooler will over ride the small feed at the rear and the flow of warm water will stop going thru the core and just dump out the thru hull fittings with the rest of the cold water.
