Default covering wire holes

I have made custom fiberglass speaker boxes that go under my windshield on the dash of my 24' Python. I have also installed the radio in the speaker box. My issue is I have to run patch cords for the 3 amps and other assorted wires from the dash down in the cabin. I have to drill a pretty large hole (probably 1") to fit all these wires in. How can I cover or seal this hole without just putting silicone or 4200 all in it? On my sportfisher when I run antenna cables through the outside I have these little covers that are only big enough for the cable to go through without the end on it. These are no where big enough to run the wires through that I need.
