Default 32 dominator port engine

does any body know if you have to remove the engine to replace the starter on the s port engine. all info would be helpf full. thanks.

My undedrstanding is that it can be done.....but it ain't easy. Might be less drama to pull the motor. I did both staters and anything else hard to reach down there while they were out just in case. If you're a contortionist (or lucky enough to date one who also happens to be handy with a wrench) have at it...let us know how it goes.

If you pull the exhaust off, the inner manifolds/headers of both motors it would probably make it easier to do also.
