Just curious, what's the guy running the shop / dyno think the problem is?

I ran my 2345 weldon when I dynoed mine, the shop pump would not supply enough fuel. You probably need somewhere between 160 and 180 gph.

Then you have a supply issue. It is either the pump is to small, supply hoses are to small, pickup in the tank (which I doubt) filter is to small (again, I doubt it), etc. If the shop has run 1400 hp in the past, then I doubt it is their supply. If I had to bet, I would say it's the pump. Like I told you on the phone, Aeromotive is very generous on their ratings from what I've seen. I have had pumps that are supposed to support almost 1000 hp start to lose pressure on a NA 700 hp engine above 5000 rpm. That's why I pretty much don't use them anymore. Stick with the Weldon's. They are the best out there. They actually under rate their pumps. They will support more than they say they will. You still need to size it correctly, but you at least have a little margin.
Good luck. Let me know if I can help. I know what you are going through. Been there....done that. I would be glad to offer any advice I may have.
Eddie

Dennis,
What did you end up with? Pump? Regulator? Final? HP numbers?
