Default Compression Ratio w/ 4lbs boost at elevation?

If my 88 454 Mag is running 8.8 Compression Pistons with 4lbs boost with my 177 weiand what is my actual compression at 5K' and 6K' on a normal 80' summer day?
Do I even need to run a cooler plug that stock?
