Default Sea Mounted Fuel Pump Block Off

Converting to electric fuel pump setup and was wondering if anyone can see an issue with installing a block off plate on a sea pump mounted fuel pump? My only concern was with the fuel pump eccentric on the lobe. I know it can't go anywhere but may gingle around a bit but between the exhaust and supercharger I figure I won't here it. Any problems?? Thanks.

A standard Chevy block off will work but it is a cleaner look to replace the pump with one that doesn't use a fuel pump, you can get one in bronze or get a trick 2 stage and feed your chiller for the supercharger.
