Default Converting from points to thunderbolt

Can anyone help with information like wiring diagrams for a points to thunderbolt conversion?

I bought a used Thunderbolt ignition and distributor for my 81 454 mercruiser.

I just don't want to burn up my thunderbolt by wiring it incorectly.

I am about to do the same thin on my Donzi. From what I was told most of the wiring is there. You just need the small harness that comes off the ignition control box? I think everything else is there.

Make sure to get rid of the ballast resistor from the old points ignition or it won't get spark. Also, the ignition module case must be grounded.
