Keith Eikert Oil Pans & a starter that fits it? anyone have Experience?
anyones help / experience would save me some time ...
I have a GEN 6 502 with older style KE Oil Pans now swithched to a bravo bellhousing & I am in the process of figuring out the starters...
I do think I may have to grind the starter out but unsure if there is a better option.
I also think that I need to use the 2 bolt holes at the front instead of the stagger holes.
I need to buy 2 of them...

You talking about the aluminum "T" style pan ? You will need to use a mini style starter somthing like these.

thanks ... that seems to appear like it would work,
mine are the "T" Style Oil Pans
I am a little concerned ordering them not knowing if they will work.
Do you have the same oil pans...?

I did have one of those pans I was going to use on a build. Aluminum one with the lightning bolt on the side. I called Hardin Marine and they said the mini starters worked with that pan. However I ended up not using that pan due to clearance problems in the boat with my water intake. You can ask them before ordering. They all sell those starters and that pan. CP, Hardin, Eickert.
