sorry.. that was a personal " i can't believe it" as in, " i can't reconcile the information known to be true with what i would expect to happen" as opposed to a " i don't believe what you are telling me" i believe what you are saying is true. i just don't understand it.

got you..me either for that fact..can tell you this in less than 2 weeks have put 4 filters on this boat, 2 trying to fix the leak...the 2 with the oil pressure deal....never seen it before either....won't be buying a/c filters in the future..off the list like fram for now...

but aren't you even a little bit curious about what ac has to say about it ? i sure would be.

tried to go thru GM on a engine issue I had on a brand "marine" engine that they left a part out of..long story....and got the run around for weeks...so no not worth my time..now if anybody else wants to run with it..have the filter sitting right here...they would probably say their filters are just filtering more !!
