the compression is low because its a blower motor..did you test with the throttle blades open? also like friff said,valve no seating,roken valve spring,mushroomed valve...did you get the motor warm first?

sorry one was 126.....motor wasn't warm and throttle blades where not open... I had to take the exhaust off to remove the valve cover so I would have to reinstall the exhaust to run it.
