It seems I done everything right so I thought it could be an inefficient cooler possibly. I have spent so much money I need to find the end if thats possible.

how much water preasure do you have at WOT ...should be 25-30lbs,,,,,you want volumn of water to fill the cooler not just water going through the center and not cooling all of the cooler...and i change the line to 1.5 from strainer to pump....measuring oil in the pan will give you its hottest reading...Can you measure it going from the cooler back to the block? that is the number you want to know in reguards to if your cooler is working or not...should be 180-230max

What is the windage tray you have? This is a single engine boat? Also the oil flow should cross the water flow in the cooler not travel in the same direction. Also make sure the thermostat is not stuck open.

I cannot touch then oil line going into the cooler its too hot the line coming out I can touch so it's cooling some. I do have 30 tp 35psi per Dustin at Whipple.

I agree... I'd move your sender. With temp taken in the block or the filter head, 260* or slightly higher doesn't bother me on a hard run. That may be all you'll see with the temp taken elsewhere.

Also, not sure how much boost you're running, but 12.5:1 A/F ratio when you're hard into the boost is a little lean for my liking. Richening it up a bit may help oil temps as well.

wide open is at 12.0 @ 8 psi
cruising is @12.5
36 degree lockout with boost retard pulling 2 degree out per 1PSI
