Default Need help deciding my exhaust, and finding the best prices

So here is the Engine, i got it from Endeavor32
440 Cubic Inch BBC 525 hp @ 6000 rpms

Block-
Decked
Align Honed
Bored .060 over
Steam holes drilled
Bore notched

Rotating assembly:
GM Forged Crank, NOS 3.76 Stroke
Eagle H Beam Rods- Resized at Wesco
SRP Forged Domed Pistons
ATI Super Damper

Valve Train:
AFR 265 Oval Port Heads CNC Chambers, inconel Exhaust Valves
Morel Roller Lifters
Scorpion Endurance Marine Rockers
Marine Kinetics Roller Cam
234/240 .63/.61

Fuel System:
Weiand Stealth Intake
Pro Systems HP Holley, 830 CFM
Holley Marine Fuel Pump

I'm retaining the stock side exhaust, and am trying to decide between custom Lightning headers made for side exhaust, or buying Dana Flow Torque manifolds and vortex or standard Risers. I'm worried about reversion, and know the lightning headers would be the best. But have been in contact with Raylar among others, and have been told almost any good manifold and riser combo should work well because of the bend and slope of my exhaust after it exits the riser.

So what are everyones thoughts? and Who has the best prices on Dana and lightning, any discounts out there?

When we talked over the phone I don't believe we talked about 6000rpms. The camshaft Bob Madera has helped you with is not a spec. prone to reversion in your use so I would recommend a pretty good header or header manifold to get that horsepower out of a 440 inch short stroke engine. Just use long risers or collectors and keep the water into exhaust path as far down the system as possible and ideally after any radical bends to get to the side of the boat where they exit.

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

So would the Dana Manifolds with Vortex#4 risers work?

I think the Dana's with the #4 long risers would work just fine.

Dana can also make custom risers that will incorporate the turn and dump further down. We had a set built for a Nordic with corner exhaust.
