Bilge looks great, when do we see the rest of the boat ?

I change the SC oil every 50 hours, at least. Rebuilt them at 150 hours of stock use, 4" pulley, and they looked great. Just pulled them apart and everything is still great 150 hours later with a 3.5" pully. I'm looking into ceramic bearings because I've heard they're better. Tighter tolerances. And also wondering about Torco as I'm hearing it's the cat's meow for drives. I've been using Merc's gear oil. I know what I have works but is there something better?
FYI
bearings are 6204 with one seal taken out.
I put the sealed side towards the actual seals and put Redline synthetic grease CV-2 in between the bearing and seal. Open side toward reservoir.
seals are 10142-TBY

Ceramic bearings don't seem to be able to take the load of this application. Their main benefit is lower rolling resistance. Great for a bicycle, go cart, etc. Full ceramics are "delicate". Hybrids, ceramic balls/steel races, are a bit tougher. Full metal are the best. Use a good brand. I think I'm on to an SKF rated for 17K RPM compared to the last ones rated to 11K RPM.
Those are basic #'s, but "in general".
The math that goes into bearings is awesome.
Take a numbers from:
How the lubricant adheres/flows
The load
Oil bath vs dry sump vs sealed
Temp
Probably a few others
I'll just keep changing the oil.

How about the oil?
The Torco seems similar to the stuff ProCarger uses. What's it take, 8oz or something, and they hold up great under crazy RPM.

Ok, now I know what boat to watch for on the water. Have not seen that paint combo before, looks nice.

The blowers are not very stout...even the earlier wieands. A back fire can knock the rotors out of time and in turn make them contact each other. One or both of the rotors then bend and gall against each other...and possibly crack the bearing retainers. When mine went at high speed the aluminum went through the motor and caused no damage...Dustin whipple said it is very common and has not seen damage because of it.

I ran out of gas on one of my dual tanks (broken sending unit). Backfired it a few times trying to restart it, blower didnt last long after that. The rotors are timed with very thin shims that can and do bend in a sudden stop situation due to the angle cut gears.
