Default Leaking drive fluid into bilge...

2000 Sunsation 28'/B1Drive/454MAG-Whipple
Asking for a buddy of mine; I have not investigated it yet. He swears it is not his reservoir, but thinks it might be the hose somewhere? Has anyone seen this happen? How about the fitting on the bottom for the level sensor? Thoughts?

it could also be the input seal on the drive leaking into the bellows and then inside the bilge.i would check the hose and bottle real good first then pull the drive

I had the same problem. It was the fitting below the Res. Bottle on mine. I cut off about 1/2" of hoes and replace the plastic clip with a metlal one. No problems since. Before i was adding 8-10 oz. a week just to keep the bottle full. I would start with the hoses and fittings.

I just went through what CJM explained. My bottle was leaking, replaced that, then the hose. Still leaked. Took the drive off and the bellows dumped almost 2 qts of drive oil on my foot! Replaced the seals and presto, no more leak.
