Default Cracked Roller Rocker Trunnion

Have a set of crane gold rockers from my engines. We re-assembling things today, and re-using my rockers. Good thing I was inspecting them. One of them I noticed had what looked like little chips on the face where the poly nut sits on, on the trunnion. I brake cleaned it, and realized it was cracked all the way thru on both sides of the rocker stud hole.

Anyone ever seen that happen? These are older rockers. Not sure if it was fatigued or something binded up. Engines ran fine when tore down for refresh, but prob not much longer with that going on.
