Default Powder coated flame arrester?

So I want to dress up my engine compartment and I looking for a new flame or spark arrester for the carbs. I see some that are colored. Are these being painted? Or are they powder coating them? Or are they available thru Teague or someone. What's the deal

eddie marine does a process called FUSION COATING ,they look like they are anodized,i dont know if they do it on used ones, but i just got a new coated one from them for a customer,s boat and it looks nice.i have a local shop that will paint&hydro dip,or powder coat,he does fantastic work,i use him a lot,he is doing the inner faring for my street glide right now.
