Default Anybody familiar with an Indmar 351 Ford?

My dads neighbor has an early 90's mastercraft with a 351 ford in it. Need some advice on changing the impeller. Anybody have a clue where to start? I've heard it's easy compared to an I/O but havent been over to look at it yet

two hoses and 2 5/16 bolts. pump is in your hand. very easy to do. not which way impeller turns in pump. mark your intake side of housing before removing it. very very simple to do.
