Comp Cams 286H
Operating Range: 2200-6200 RPM
Duration Advertised: 286° Intake / 286° Exhaust
Duration @ .050'' Lift: 236° Intake / 236° Exhaust
Valve Lift w/1.7 Rockers: .556'' Intake / .556'' Exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle: 110°
I was wondering if this can run this on older gills with silent choice risers the risers in the picture came with it, but they guy who has this would like to go to silent choice

Go roller and skip the flat tappet stuff. I just tore down an engine that I bought to rebuild, whoever first rebuilt it did a $hitty job, anyway, they used a flat tappet cam and 5 of the lifters when flat and took out the cam and sent metal flakes through out the entire engine. If you do some searching this is a very common problem, even with professional engine builders. Spend the extra money now or pay a lot later. I almost went the flat tappet route on my current builds but I'm glad I was talked out of it.
