Boat stalls immediately after start

Hoping for some more help, my boat stalls immediatley after I start it, I bump the throttle up a few clicks and it starts, but I have to ease back to idle or it will stall again. Once I ease back it runs great!

Any help will be great!

is it carbed or fuel injection?
