Sometimes not all the time (sluggish to crank). That never crossed my mind seeing how the battery is a three year old Interstate. I will take it in tomorrow and have it load tested. I have used Interstate battery all my life and have never had an issue, but I hope you are right because this has been mind-boggling.

Had the same thing happen on a 1993 Top Gun.
Personally I think its due to the battery and ground wire leads going to the trim pump being too small. Those trim pumps draw a lot of power, let alone at speed when trying to trim up while the prop is trying to push it down.

Well guys, I had the battery load tested today and it passed, so I dipped it and went for a 26 mile run tonight, I still don't know what the problem was after everything I did to find it, but I'm happy to say that the gremlin (what ever it was) has gone away. Thanks
