A little update. Motor is out as of today and you can defiantly tell the crank is broke. It will be torn down today for damage assessment
Thanks for everyone's help

Not towed, dropped a cylinder at the LBI bridge on the way back from AC. Got home was going to check it out after I flushed it, and it hydrolocked. Few quick tests ruled out exhaust figured it was a head gasket so I called Smitty (took my call on Sunday) and he said to get oil in the cylinders and he would grab it in the morning.
Turns out I have a pinhole in the cylinder head, Smitty says its weird because the engine does not have a lot of rust in it. Not sure if I am just getting new heads or just repower with the 400 HP 383s that Mercury has. Just don't want to fix one motor and then the other one goes in the spring. Also would see a nice MPH increase.
But if I do this I guess I am keeping the boat for a few more years, but if I can see 80 which is a realistic number I'm ok with that. Just waiting on prices for new motors, will no in the morning.
