They do not do a total seal strip job, as you would on a drag car. The blower will still spin free by hand, however the are lowering the tolerance between the rotors and the wall increasing boost and windage.

Making the blower moree effecient at the same rpm is the ticket IMO

Me too, which also means I have the old headgaskets.....which is the primary reason mine are coming apart this year.

Yes I did......complete rebuild from top to bottom...... here is a link to a thread I started after the rebuild was complete. It will give you a breakdown of what we did......
