Default low fuel cut off switch

Has anyone hooked a low fuel pressure safety switch to there ingnition so it will shut off ignition if the fuel pressure goes below 5 lbs?

I used to have a pressure switch hooked up to some warning lights and a backup alarm - the loudest one I could find

What happens when it cuts off and you stuff the boat into a wave or are in the middle of a turn?????

I would just get a fuel pressure gauge.
