Don't know jack about Vortech blowers, but sure looks like they are overdriven just a little! 750HP should be easy on low boost mode with that setup.
They are overdriven even more than you think, the internal gear box steps them UP even higher, not sure what ratio Vortech uses but on my Baja I am running Procharger M-3s, the lower crank pulley is about 7.750, the blower pulley is 3.70 and the internal gear box is 4.44-1 UP,the blower on mine turns just about 10 times faster than the motor, at 6000 rpm's the blower is turning 56000 when I do the rough math, Smitty

I'm actually turning it PAST its rated rpm although I was mistaken on the internal gearing which is 4.10-1 not 4.44-1, looking at the ati website I see they changed the rating of the m-3sc to 50,000 rpm's, it used to show 48,000 from what I remember. I turn my motor as high as 6200 and with the new cam I pput in this summer when I freshened it once I get it tuned perfect again I may turn motor as high as 6400, Smitty
I exploded a head unit once a few years ago too so they are NOT indestructable but seem to hold up decent even wicked up!

Ok, so I still dont know the answer, but bit of an update:
-Turning 17 3/4 31P 4 blade props

Took her out on the weekend and GPS'd 80 MPH at 4300 RPM with 13 ppl on board and a FULL (600 litres) tank of fuel! Still had a lot more throttle and more trim too!
