Those look super nice. Engine lines go to the remote filter head and those two on the adaptor loop to the oil cooler?

Bump

Anyone install an Earl’s 504 on a Gen6? They included a 7/8” spacer to fit in the oil filter recess on the pad, but no hardware to make up the difference. Wtf?

Theyre owned by Holley these days so support is miserable.

Just a smidge short. The 13/16” threads goes into the block, obviously, but there’s nothing to extend that nipple up to bridge the spacer

I had to use one of these on my block to get my thermostat to mount. I really like my thermostats they cleaned up my rigging immensely.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I found that middle union floating in the bottom of my parts box and got everything bolted up and happy. I guess things like that happen when things are torn apart a year ago and spread across different locations.

I use a 504 and if I'm not mistaken the 504 has the blue ring for use with Mark 4 blocks where the filter pad is recessed. I think you needed the 503 for a Gen 6. They don't use that spacer. Probably uses the same thermostat but might be a different union in there, not sure. But don't need the blue ring for a gen 6. Not sure that blue spacer ring even mates right to a Gen 6 filter pad. You got 7/8" more space than you thought you had!
