Default Hydraulic steering ram install help

I got a imco hydraulic steering setup from a member on this site. Everything looks god, but my question is about ram placement and drilling the holes through the transom. I obviously want to get the ram in the right spot. I would hate to think I drilled holes in the transom in the wrong spot.

Is there a pattern online some where? Or a list of demnisons on where to place the ram?

Thanks in advance.

If you go to www.imcomarine.com they have all the dimensions depending on the ram total stroke . measure twice drill once !

++++++1!

just installed my imco ram about 2 weeks ago. Same as you, I bought the kit used. I went to imco's site and was able to look up the correct specs. The illustrations are great and easy to read!
