Default 500efi problem

I have a 35 fountain with 500efi's the starboard engine after running for 15 minuets or so at 3000 to 4000 rpm's the engine will alarm 2 beeps and amthe engine loses power and pops or backfires I have checked for codes in the ECM but there are not any all gauges look good I have replaced the ignition control module in the distrubiator and swapped computers from one engine to the other and the problem is still there I also put a new rotor and cap on as well as new spark plugs any help would be appreciated

Fuel injectors failing? Usually popping and backfiring is a fuel/timing issue.

high speed fuel pump under motor in cool fuel has a cloged screen or pump failing

I'd guess that too also check your fuel pressure.

Fuel pressure is good acts like an ignition problem I had someone tell me there is a resistor in the wireing harness could that be the problem and If so where would it be located also the 2 beeps I am hearing are just like when you first turn the key on to start the engine

Problem fixed found a loose wire on the 50amp breaker on the engine
