I am not sure if you can swap GM for Mercuiser or not. But the cost of new GM injectors are about the same as Mercs'.

blown formula,
If you can find out what the flow rate is on your injectors and wheather or not they are low or high impedeance, you can subsitute Holley injectors most likely. I am using them and I priced them all over and Chet Herbert gave me the best price at $67 each. That was for a 65# injector. They are rated at so many pounds of fuel per hour depending on the psi. The norm is 43.5psi. There is differences in design also.. pintel, disc, etc. The ones Holley is making are good design. Not sure which one it is. Give Holley Tech line a call and see if they will give you a sub # for the Merc units.. Then call around and make sure you call Chet Herbert..

The other alternative is to have yours flow checked and cleaned. I have a friend that does it full time. Let me know if you want his number..
Did you find any with debris in them?

Good luck

Dick.

I have been traveling to/from funeral all day today, so I was late seeing the last reply.
I will be going to the lake in the a.m. & hopefully can check out that injector. Yes, I would like the contact info you mentioned.
I appreciate the help guys. My block should be back on Monday or Tuesday & we can start the re-assembly. Cross your fingers for me!!
