Default Problem with McLeod Bolster- no power

I have a 1999 36 Outlaw. I am having a problem with 1 of my McLeod bolster seats. After hours of swapping the actuator, motor and switch from one seat to the other, trying to determine why it wasn't working, I have determined that I am not getting any power to the seat. Is there a fuse somewhere? The wires go directly from the seat into the sidewall of the boat and tracing it from there looks like a nightmare. Any ideas??

On my Baja the seats hook up directly to the battery and there is an inline fuse on the orange wire.
