make sure you are getting good voltage thru a relay...but sounds like it's on the deathbed..

If the voltage was down I would think it would show up as not pumping enough when running,

I looked in the pump inlet and didn't see a screen

I have a spare ive been using as a transfer pump, prob swap out see if theirs a difference/

ALSO I added a inline filter just incase the pumps puke again and to protect the injectors. maybe this is causing a problem

The best I can remember around 2003-05 they charger around 175.00 to rebuild their first poor designed pump,i guess I ll call them next week see whats up again.

I have had the same pump get weak on me but this was only in a Toyota Supra years back.

Aero said it was due to ethanol in the fuel I was running. I sent it back to them for the "update" that is ethanol friendly, and rebuild. IIRC it was $170 or so. I ended up parting out the car and buying My Baja. But I know the older model A1000 pumps did not like ethanol. That was my experience with that pump. Hope this helps.

Side not: DAM was that on loud ass pump!!!!!

Just had same pump become unable to hold pressure under boost. Replaced pump and issue went away. Pump was only about 3-4 yrs old.

Consider upgrading to the Weldon marine pumps. The bad part would be rerigging for them, and paying for them. Why have an essential part that is questionable for your hp?
