The rams on my Gen II drives and the rams on my Bravo drives only share the black paint as common, otherwise 2 different animals

Yes, like I said from the beginning, alpha gen 1 and bravo are the same. Not gen 2.

As far as the drive goes, around 2001 or so the serial number starts with OM. Those drives have the thick floored gears and would be the best way to go. You can add a steel tower and the ribbed top cap (with a steel tower in it) to locate the gear stack, that would be a good idea considering the higher rpm potential of your motor.
Hope that helps.

Right now it is a 428, 12.9 cr. Afr heads, Bob madera designed solid roller valvetrain. Super Vic, pro systems HP 1000. Right around 600-620 hp right now. Pushed my 18.5' Powerplay to 88-90 gps. Plan is for a rebuild in the spring/summer. Full port job on intake and heads, new super Vic 2 with a pro systems sv1. Or i might switch to tunnel ram and of course a new Bob madera cam.

At least that what the plan is lol.

Has it been that long, Travis?? Wow I remember meeting you there with the prop. Time flys when you are having fun. Fun to remember friends from the past!
Let me know if I can help in any way.

Thanks
Dick
