Default 502 wiring harness swap!

I'm converting my 502 mpi mag to a carb! I've read somewhere where I can just buy a wiring harness from a different merc motor! Can someone tell me the name of it or the one I need, and maybe someone that has one for sale!

Please help thanks Mike!

Ok I found it it's a thunderbolt iv, does anyone have one of these they would sale!
My issue is my 502 #4 inj leaned out and put a nice little hole in my piston, so I'm am now for sure changing to a carb! Also going to do a few little changes! I'm am no fuel inj guy but with all my drag racing back ground I'm good with carbs, and would feel way more comfortable with it!

Any help with this would be a big help thanks!

Have a look here for the Merc wiring harness for the components mounted on the distributor

This is the same harness with the ignition components mounted on the exhaust elbow.

Also if you want to make one your self here is the electrical wiring diagrams, just look for the V8

don't need to buy anything, the EFI harness is seperate, just remove that part and wire it up...at leat the late 90's were that way...

Mike S I hope you find what you looking for. I too am looking to do the same thing to my 94 502 efi. If you find more then one for sale at a cheap price let me know. I would much rather use one then strip my efi setup. Looking to sell that as a drop on.
