Jim Valako's heads will make the most power at a similar cost to any of the major manufactures. He can use any head as a start point but he will explain why the brand isn't critical. There is not likely going to be a need for factory "CNC upgrades", and most/all of the manufactures exhaust ports are not maximized for marine. Consider having a conversation with JimV before you make your decision. He can sell you a turn key project at would be ready to install at a competitive price.
