Default 2004 47 fountain oil pressure sending unit

I have a 47 fountain with triple 525s and center engine is reading 0 oil pressure at gauge. I need to trouble shoot this weekend and was wondering where the sending unit was located on engine.

I assume I can just turn key on and ground that wire and watch gauge to start eliminating possibilities?

thanks chris

The oil pressure sensor is located on the port side of the block underneath between the rear two cylinders.

It sounds like a loose wire or most likely the pressure sensor itself. If all of the wires are connected, I would replace the pressure sensor. All of the pressure sensors (oil, water, fuel) on the 525 are the same, so even if it's not, you will likely eventually need one somewhere so it won't be a waste to have one on hand especially with 3 525's. I just replaced a water pressure sensor that failed, but it was stuck reading 45 PSI rather than 0 but you never know how they're going to fail.
