I've seen them on newer boats (by my definition) 04-present. I think they are 70mph but I may be wrong. Cheap to run.

Came on newer boats as mentioned above. My 29' will hit slightly over 70 w/3/4 fuel and just me onboard.
Not sure if the 32s are faster or slower.
