Well that sucks. I thought a 21' boat with 415 hp would do better than 70 mph. I am more concerned with cruising speed than top speed.

They maybe able to put together a financing package that is good for you.....they are really good with older boats.

Like others said the transoms on the scarabs were always rotten from not being sealed properly. I have 86panther that needed a transom and stringers. My friends 94 29 scarab needed a transom.
