BUP - do you have a favorite heat transfer compound for this ?

I sure do for ign modules, but that is a different app I would assume.

SB - Merc recommends that compound for the cool fuel bracket and for certain apps on the ignition side ( per Merc procedures ). - That same compound that i posted.so it does double duty. I buy it and have stuck with it for years. It really does not cost me that much.

I have looked into this years ago what would be better heat transfer / heat sink compounds but still to this day use what Merc sells. I believe Merc's is made by Dow Corning.

Other sources could be Dielectric grease, and I know alot of CPU people like Artic Silver 3 or 5 something like that. I also heard certain brands of toothpaste works but I have never tried that.

Arctic Silver Ceramique is what I use for ignition modules GM, Ford, and etc.

Just thought of this thread because I just found another tube of it at home. LOL.
