Default 502 mpi no inj. pulse on 1/2 the inj ?

I was out testing props and went to accelerate one more time and one eng. dropped rpm. I checked and swapped everything you can think of except the whole distributor. ECU, Module, Coil. Checked ever ground I could find. The only thing that I didn't was the pickup coil in the distributor. Got to freekn hot out now.
Any Ideas??

I did find the coil wire arcing back to the coil itself. I was thinking it could of took out something in the distributor but that was not the case. The engine is grounded good. I'm out of ideas.

The injector harness has 2 positive key-on for banks of injectors. Might want to check pin outs first for 12 volts.

Unplug the knock sensor and see if it comes back.

My thought is, if the knock sensor picked up a knock it would retard your timing. If retarded you would suddenly loose power. Mine did it and I couldn't get above 3000 rpm
