Default solenoid or trim pump bad?

On a 29ft fountain, drive won't go up or down but it makes a click when you hit the button either way. Would that be the trim pump, solenoid, or switch? Thanks!

I would make sure batteries are good and then jump the solenoid. I found a dead battery last run when I went to trim the motors up to pull out front the house.

Solenoid are cheap and easy to replace....well, on a single engine boat!
