different intakes will signal carb differently so you really must jet to your setup, are you not running the carbs that were run on the dyno ?

I did find some debris in one emulsion tube and a broke off drill bit in one...and a another broke off drill in the other block. It looks like it was poorly modified for more orifices in the emulsion tubes.
