check you metering block gaskets if its been apart and look for dirt in the bottom of the emulsion tubes too.
I did find some debris in one emulsion tube and a broke off drill bit in one...and a another broke off drill in the other block. It looks like it was poorly modified for more orifices in the emulsion tubes.
