superchillers
has any one ever tried to use antifreeze in a closed cooling system through a superchiller with a heat exchanger similar to what is used in a motor maybe using a electric water pump to flow the antifreeze through the superchiller and enternal water pickup to supply sea water to the cooler .since the salt water in a superchiller only has a couple of seasons life span I was just wondering how it might work hope it don't sound too crazy

Mike and sb50, it could be a good idea, just use an engine oil cooler, small trans or power steering cooler or equivalent to do the cooling in line with the raw water loop. small pump etc. which could be controlled by a throttle position potentiometer. oh well WTF

just wondering what the water temp would be in the superchiller if it would be much higher then the sea water after running say 3800 rpm for awhile figured some one must have tried this already or figured it out with some kind of calculation or chart
