They do not have that many out on the market.
Also I looked into having quality S.S water jacketed headers made for big blocks 2 years ago as well. I have a friend who makes headers on the auto side only. We talked about it and actually looked into it. Mandrel bends, the portions needing welds, collector design and even looked at what grade S.S. would be the best for marine use and conditions. Anyways the materials alone just to do a pair of quality water jacket headers was more than XS Power selling price out the door. I am not counting any build time nor the mandrel bends nor the welding. Just the materials to do one set alone was more than XS selling price. FWIW.
